If u want to talk about a waste of MONEY, this book was really just that!! PLEASE people DON"T buy this book - there is absolutley NOTHING in here to help you. He should be made to give back our money, I bought a copy for myself & my daughter with money I could have been using to pay on my light bill ! he doens't give any solid information to utilize only spks of people he knew who simply ending up PAYING their bills to get out of debt. No info on how to get grants; only spks of state programs we all already know of section 8 and etc.; asking ccard compnay to reduce interest, stuff we all hv tried already ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in book..
Please do not waste your money....there is nothing in this book that will help you. He should give me my money back i ordered one book and they send me two "only had to pay for shipping" for second book. Everything he writes in the book is things I have done contacting my credit card company etc etc. And on the grands that he talks about there is no information on how to get any or how to go about applying for one. The only person making money and getting rich is Kevin . He is full of it save your money.

The problem with these "marketers" is they never give solutions! If your interested in getting help out of debt go to a professional firm that can help with ANSWERS. This was a waste of money I have contacted my credit card companies and I still haven't gotten my interest rate lowered, and also I have written letters that came with the book and that has not helped either, the only person that is making money is Kevin and he needs to be in prison for writing a book that is false. The only thing that I wish Kevin had put in this book is his email address so I could tell him quit writing books and find some orther professional job to do because he is leading people on to buy this crap. I purchased this book, because I am in the finance industry and I do help people correct their credit. Most of the inforamtion in his book is right here on the internet per the fair cradir reporting act. I was interested in the govt grants sections and to be honest you can find the same darn info on the internet. If you want to fix your credit, get a copy of the fair credit reporting act. You can dispute anything on your credit report even if it is accurate, if it is not responded to in 30 days, it must be removed. This book is more than likely in the library and you can read it in enough time with out any late fees.
Yeah I bought this book and just like other people say it does not help. I tried calling the credit cards, writting letter, and doing the balance shee to see if they can waive my bill or do settlement. And the companies all said "no can't do anything to help, they did not lower my intrest rate, or what the books says about them forgetting about the bills. Well, that is all bunch of lies as of today I am letting my bills go up since I can't seem to get help from the credit cards companies. What is the best way? working two jobs does not help at all too. WHAT TO DO??

I purchased two of Trudeau's books. My opinion: Trudeau is a slick talker who sells books with no substance. What you heard on TV is all you get except the bills. I cancelled the automatically ordered newsletter with a 3 month payment of subscription fees. Don't be a sucker too. Be like me. Visit your library and internet for free information. Work a full time job and part time jobs and plan to be debt free within 2 more years! Have a garage sale. Shop at Good Will or Purple Heart. Sell your used Trudeau books at a book store for $1 each!

There is no miracle cure for anything and it is shameful that this guy uses telemarketing scams to try to sell books. The only thing more shameful is what credit card companies do to hardworking people. I bought it and it didnt do anything for me. I had a lot of debt ($15000). I eventually called and got a free consultation at www.americancreditardconsolidation.com. Unlike Trudeau, they gave me real assistance and found me a solution that gave me breathing room from low payments (about half) and in only 3 more months i'm debt free.
Debt cures definetly helped me. It solved all my problems around the house. I have decent reading material in the bathroom. I got a nice coasters that can hold two drinks. It makes a great door stop, paper weight. It even makes good kindling for those cold winters. Thank you Kevin.
I bought this book. I happen to be a christian, and I do not think I should con my way out of debt. He takes a lot of cheap shots in order to sell the books. I am over my head in debt due to medical bills. I will not try to short pay my doctors. They took care of me. The banks have loaned me money to buy my house. I knew how much that was going to cost. The best way to get out of debt is to do the best you can to pay the bills. You are not going to get rich from the stupid information in this book. Really, an idiot could have written it.

a few years ago i ordered the Natural cures book over the phone. I did get charged with additional fees. that pissed me off luckily i called and got it taken care of. the book was excellent i really enjoyed it. it made you realize how evil the government is and how the FDA doesn't want you to be healthy they want you to eat bad FOOD with preservatives and toxins in it so you get sick and go to the doctor and buy DRUGS. hence the Food AND Drug administration. but when the second book came out i already learned my lesson and didn't purchase it over the phone. i just went to a book store and paid retail for it. (which saved me time and a little money.) the information is helpful but i wouldn't order it over the phone. if you are going to get the book just get it in the bookstore.
What good advice about Money, get Dave Ramsey.
Dave Ramsey "Total Money Make Over" is a great investment and is real. You can buy one for about $15 on amazon.com. He is respected and has a great course too. The course covers everything you need about money. My wife and I are Debt Free, have a six month emergency fund, and our life in order. He will teach you everything you will need to know and it requires "you" to do work. It will be much faster then trying to figure it out yourself. There are no magic pills or so called easy ways like some books on TV. It is real.
You're all stupid. Why would you ever buy something from a late night infomercial? This is why you are in debt, because you are simple minded and need to think for yourselves!
You set up a false premise. There is no controversy about Kevin. He IS the Sultan of Scams. The Trudeau plan is quite simple: the cost of doing rob-the-willing business is the fines. Think of it as a small scam tax. He still makes millions and manages to stay out of jail.
If anything the book puts a lot of information in a single convenient place for us to reference. Yes most of this is available if you do enough digging over the Internet but I'll gladly pay the 20 bucks for the book rather than spend hours and hours digging for the info myself. Listen to his infomerical. He never promises a darn thing, you guys just hear what you want to hear and then slam him after the fact. I am not saying he is a great guy and doing this out of the goodness of his heart, just trying to be fair about it.

I just want to start off by saying DON'T BUY this Book! first off you're not paying 19.95, you're paying 43.89 if you go ahead with the 2nd "free" book. of course you can return you're book, but remember you only get back what you paid for the first one and not the second one plus less s&h. which means you still lose about 22 dollars. I was silly enough to buy his books. only skimmed through them and just threw them away. they info he gives is ridiculios. he tells you to get a loan... umm thats not getting debt free, thats getting more debt. also mentions taking out cash advance on cc?? are you kidding??? you'll be paying anywhere from 20-30% in interest. these books are going to get you more debt rather than helping get rid of it. so if you're really considering getting this book, save those 44 dollars (which could be a potential min pymnt for cc) and double your cc pymnt for that month by adding your reg min pymnt plus what you would have spent on this horrible book. if you want to find out about some grants visit... www.usa.gov or www.grants.gov

Kevin Trudeau is not only a scam,a couple of years ago after i ordered his natural cures book,i got a mail order offer he was involved in, for this book giant book (size of a large phone book)looked like a large Bible,forgot the name? it had an offer to the secrets of sucesss,secrets of life, bla bla bla,I have to admit when I first started reading it,I was into it,it had a way to keep you reading,after I got through it a while,it started talking about how you can become your own God man,and started talking about how you can make yourself dissapear and reapear in another place in time,etc... I was still interested, almost brain washed,as a christian I knew this was a evil book,that was getting in my head,It even looked evil,I actually had to burn it,and ask for Gods forgiveness for reading so much of it,Kevin has a way with words,he sold most of us on this post,beware of anything he's invold in,you can get all the good info he has free on google without getting on his mailing list.
Anthony Morrison"Advertising Profits from Home" and Kevin must be buddies.They both charge 19.95 and sound exactly alike. The sells pitch is the same. The act is the same.The reviews are the same. I like to call this "The 3 Stooges" con. I wont be buying Kevins book.
