Save your money.Bought at the end of June for my company, used it for total of 1 hour in August cutting radiator enclosure tops, motor siezed and stopped working, sent back for refund over amonth ago.

I called today to find out satus of refund and was told they only refund if returned in 30 days. I now understand why.

The first time my husband used the Omni Dual saw, it literally went up in flames in his hands. I've now had to involve my charge card company and the Better Business Bureau to try to force this company to honor its warranty.

Avoid this product (and this company) at all costs!

I've found this saw to be a great little tool for the price. Not sure if it will actually cut through a car, but it does cut through just about anything.

This product is really amazing. Anyone can use it...So easy and handy. I did my product photography table with it...easy to cut wood and all. I bought this product from the shopatshowcaseus.com website.

Been using dual saw and it is perfectly wonderful. I also have many friends using this dual saw and all of them are satisfied with it.

After seeing the infomercial regarding this product on TV, I decided to call the number to make further inquiry.

When the call was answered, I was asked to leave my telephone for someone to call me back and surely enough someone (from India) did call me back.

When I asked how much this tool would cost me, the representative blatantly asked me how I would be paying for this product- ie debit or credit card.

So again, I asked him "How much would it cost?"

And again, the representative said "I want to know if you have a debit or credit card"

"How and why does it matter if I have a debit or credit card when all I want to know first is how much does it cost - I am not committing to any purchasing until I know more about the product"

I was then promise a '"free upgrade" for "free"' and if I am not happy with the product, I can return it and get a refund with no questions asked.

But when I asked if I can read the terms and condition in black and white to help me decide, I was told the terms and conditions will be sent "after" I commit to the purchase (which i pointless).

Hence, the reason I am here. Thank you for all your honest feedback regarding this product. It's a good thing I didn't buy and needing to go through all the b*llsh*t.

I appreciated reading all the genuine reviews here. Lol, some dodgy reviews are a crack up.... 'what a wonderful machine (lol) my many friends who each bought one are happy with them... ' LOL
